4g63 DSM CAS 24/1 high resolution disk support

Is the following configuration supported by JimStim v2.0?

There is no wheel mode for this in the current JimStim. But you can still use another mode to perform your bench tests and then go back to your 24/1 setting when you install the ECU in the car.

For example, you could use the 8/1 mode and then simply switch between 8 and 24 teeth in the ECU settings between the bench test and the car.
