Rx8 COP

Post by heith704 » Tue Nov 19, 2019 10:44 am

I have an ms2 3.57 connected to the 4 channel board.
Testing with a jimstim using the 36-2-2-2 wheel. Trying to get the setup correct to use logic level Spark A-D to run COP through the stock coils.
I am using firmware 3.4.2 in TS. I selected rotary, 2 rotors, FD mode, and put in 10 deg in the rotary split table for all values for the purposes of testing.
I am getting spark on A & D, which I believe are the two leading coil, but no output on B & C.
Is what I am trying to do possible and are my setting correct? I see reference in the manuals and other posts to RX8 mode, but it is not an option in my rotary settings menu.
Any help you can give is appreciated.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

This is really an MS question so you would have a lot more views on the msextra forum and more chance to get a meaningful response. Unfortunately, I am not familiar with the details of the rotary modes so I cannot really help you.
